Latest update Covid-19 Information

Back to School - September 2020

We hope you have all had a good summer break. We are very much looking forward to seeing you and welcoming you back on Thursday 3rd September.

Outlined below is a reminder of  things we need to enforce to ensure we keep everyone as safe as possible:

  • Do not send your child to school if they are in any way unwell or are displaying any signs of Covid19 (high temperature, new persistent cough, loss of taste or smell)
  • If your child or anyone in your household develops symptoms you must contact the school as soon as possible and follow the government guidance, which states, you should isolate for at least 10 days and arrange to have a COVID-19 test
  • Where possible please avoid coming in to school. Messages can be left with staff on the gates or telephone on 01432 266268 or email: admin@trinity.hereford.sch.uk
  • Please only send one adult to drop off and collect your child.
  • Please do not congregate around the school gates but leave as soon as you have dropped off and collected your child/children; maintaining social distancing of 2 metres
  • The government is encouraging walking to school where possible. Please be mindful of parking near the front entrance as we will be using this gate for year 6 to arrive and depart. As always, please park at the Range and walk across, there should be absolutely no cars parked on or near the yellow zigzag lines
  • Only send essential equipment in: lunch box, PE kit, water bottle etc.
  • PE kits should be sent in at the start of term and will be sent home half termly for washing.
  • Breakfast and Drop off club will operate in year group bubbles. Only pre-booked pupils can attend as we cannot accommodate children on the day.
  • In line with current guidance, we will be working within year group bubbles; with children avoiding contact with other year groups e.g. there will be no key stage or phase year group assemblies and year groups have been allocated their own toilet/hand washing facilities.
  • Children are expected to wear full school uniform, including school shoes, no trainers please.
  • Please strictly adhere to the gate your child/children should enter and the staggered collection time:
